"YG, I'm having a hard time with all of this Valentine's Day stuff. My wife and I recently divorced and things are just not going well. I had no choice but to leave the marriage because she was abusive. I hate this time of year because I'm constantly reminded of how much my marriage has failed and I'm very lonely. I know that you got divorced last year, how do you deal with the loneliness & have hope of ever finding happiness again?"
Trust me brother, I understand the pains of a failed marriage. And the loneliness is the hardest part. All of the activities I have are centered around family. All of my friends are married and everybody at church are married as well. It seems like everywhere I go I'm the oddball or a third wheel because I don't have a wife anymore.
But, there is hope sir. I deal with the loneliness by diving deeper into fellowship with others. Idleness is the devils playground so I choose to stay busy and active in the community to keep me from dwelling on the past.
This is hard bro, but you have to keep moving and know that God will send you the right queen for your life. I pray every day for my new queen and I know that our Father in heaven will eventually bless me with her. So let's keep going man and maybe we will both be blessed soon with great women and we can have a wonderful double date LOL! I love you brother and stay strong in Christ.
